All orders require a signature on arrival, if you are not available at time of delivery our couriers will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or will return the parcel to the depot for re-delivery. You will receive a calling card to let you know where your order is and how to arrange a re-delivery if required.

Returns

Any customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches the destination country. Any additional charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we do not have any control over these charges and advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing the order.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, in the unlikely event this is not the case you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange or refund. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.

You can exchange your item for any of the available mymia range. Please identify if you would like a return or exchange on the return email.

Please email alex@mymia.co.uk to claim a returns or exchange address label and state a reason as to why you are returning or exchanging the item(s). It is your responsibility to make sure returned orders reach us so we advise you use special delivery and obtain a proof of return from the post office.

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging.

If you receive a faulty item please contact us so we can arrange for the items to be returned.
